Mascarpone Quiche Recipe

Ingredients:

  • 1 pie crust, unbaked
  • 3 tablespoons unsalted butter
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/2 cup mascarpone cheese
  • 4 eggs
  • 1 cup milk
