Melon Granita Recipe

Ingredients:

  • 1 medium-sized ripe melon (cantaloupe or honeydew)
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1/2 cup water
  • 1/4 cup fresh lime juice

Instructions:

  1. Cut the melon in half, remove seeds and scoop out the flesh. Place the flesh in a blender and puree until smooth.
