Ingredients

  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 2 tablespoons vegetable oil

Directions

  1. In a medium bowl, whisk together flour, baking powder, baking soda, and salt.
  2. Add milk and vegetable oil, stir until a sticky dough forms.
  3. Divide dough into 4 equal pieces and shape into round buns.
  4. Place buns on a microwave-safe plate and microwave, uncovered, on high for 1-2 minutes, or until cooked through.
  5. Let cool slightly before serving.
