Millefeuille with Strawberries and Mascarpone Recipe

Ingredients:

  • 1 package puff pastry, thawed
  • 1 cup strawberries, hulled and sliced
  • 1/2 cup mascarpone cheese
  • 1/2 cup heavy cream
  • 2 tablespoons powdered sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Instructions:

  1. Preheat the oven to 400 degrees F.
  2. Roll out the puff pastry on a lightly floured surface. Cut it into 4 rectangles. Score each rectangle with a fork and then transfer them to a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
