Mimosa Egg with Surimi
Ingredients:
- 4 hard-boiled eggs
- 100g surimi sticks, shredded
- 2 tablespoons mayonnaise
- 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh herbs for garnish (optional)
Instructions:
- Peel the hard-boiled eggs and slice them in half lengthwise.
- Gently remove the yolks and place them in a small bowl.
- Add the shredded surimi sticks, mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, lemon juice, salt, and pepper to the bowl with the yolks.
- Mash the ingredients together until well combined.
- Using a small spoon or piping bag, fill each egg white half with the surimi and yolk mixture.
- Garnish with fresh herbs, if desired.
