Mimosa Egg with Surimi

Ingredients:

  • 4 hard-boiled eggs
  • 100g surimi sticks, shredded
  • 2 tablespoons mayonnaise
  • 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh herbs for garnish (optional)

Instructions:

  1. Peel the hard-boiled eggs and slice them in half lengthwise.
  2. Gently remove the yolks and place them in a small bowl.
  3. Add the shredded surimi sticks, mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, lemon juice, salt, and pepper to the bowl with the yolks.
  4. Mash the ingredients together until well combined.
  5. Using a small spoon or piping bag, fill each egg white half with the surimi and yolk mixture.
  6. Garnish with fresh herbs, if desired.

Serving Suggestions:
