Mint Cucumber Sorbet Recipe

Ingredients:

  • 1 large cucumber, peeled and roughly chopped
  • 1 cup fresh mint leaves, packed
  • 1/2 cup granulated sugar
  • 1/4 cup freshly squeezed lime juice
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1 cup water

Instructions:
