Mixed Pastilla Recipe
Ingredients
- 1 small onion, finely chopped
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- 1 red bell pepper, diced
- 1 green bell pepper, diced
- 1 carrot, diced
- 1 zucchini, diced
- 1 cup cooked chicken, shredded
- 1 teaspoon ground cumin
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1/2 teaspoon ground ginger
- 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 package phyllo dough
- 1/2 cup butter, melted
- 2 tablespoons powdered sugar
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F. Line a sheet pan with parchment paper.
- In a large skillet over medium heat, cook onion and garlic until softened.
- Add red and green bell peppers, carrot, and zucchini. Cook until tender, about 8 minutes.
- Add cooked chicken, cumin, paprika, ginger, and cinnamon. Season with salt and pepper. Cook for 5 minutes, stirring occasionally.

- Unroll phyllo dough and cut into 12-15 squares.
