Mum’s Compote Recipe
Ingredients:
- 4 cups mixed berries (your choice)
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 cinnamon stick
- 1 cup water
Instructions:
- Wash the berries thoroughly and remove any stems or leaves.
- Combine the berries, sugar, vanilla extract, cinnamon stick and water in a large saucepan or pot.
