Ingredients:

  • 12 medium-sized Mushrooms
  • 1/2 cup diced cooked Ham
  • 1/2 cup shredded Cheddar Cheese
  • 1/4 cup breadcrumbs
  • 2 tablespoons Olive Oil
  • Salt and Pepper to taste
  • Parsley, minced for garnish

Instructions:

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Remove the stems from the mushrooms and chop them finely. Set aside.
