Grandma’s Sorrel Soup Recipe
Ingredients:
- 1 pound sorrel leaves, washed and chopped
- 1 large onion, diced
- 1 large carrot, peeled and diced
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 6 cups chicken or vegetable broth
