Nature Omelette Recipe
Ingredients:
- 2 Eggs
- 1/4 cup Fresh spinach, chopped
- 1/4 cup Fresh mushrooms, sliced
- 1/4 cup Onion, chopped
- 1/4 cup Bell pepper, chopped
- 2 tbsp Olive oil, divided
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions:
- In a small bowl, whisk the eggs and season with salt and pepper.
- Heat 1 tablespoon of olive oil in a non-stick pan over medium-high heat.

- Use the spatula to fold the other half of the omelette over the vegetables.
- Cook for another 30 seconds to 1 minute to ensure the omelette is fully cooked.
- Slide the omelette onto a plate and serve hot.
