Nature Omelette Recipe

Ingredients:

  • 2 Eggs
  • 1/4 cup Fresh spinach, chopped
  • 1/4 cup Fresh mushrooms, sliced
  • 1/4 cup Onion, chopped
  • 1/4 cup Bell pepper, chopped
  • 2 tbsp Olive oil, divided
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions:

  1. In a small bowl, whisk the eggs and season with salt and pepper.
  2. Heat 1 tablespoon of olive oil in a non-stick pan over medium-high heat.
  3. Add the spinach, mushrooms, onion, and bell pepper to the pan and sauté until the vegetables are soft, about 3-4 minutes.
  4. Remove the vegetables from the pan and set them aside.
  5. Heat the remaining 1 tablespoon of olive oil in the pan over medium heat.
  6. Pour in the egg mixture and let it cook for about 10-15 seconds, then use a spatula to gently lift the edges to let the uncooked egg flow underneath.
  7. Spoon the sautéed vegetables over half of the omelette.
  8. Use the spatula to fold the other half of the omelette over the vegetables.
  9. Cook for another 30 seconds to 1 minute to ensure the omelette is fully cooked.
  10. Slide the omelette onto a plate and serve hot.
