Nutella Cake without Yeast Recipe
Ingredients
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1 cup Nutella
- 3 eggs
- 3/4 cup granulated sugar
- 1/2 cup vegetable oil
- 1/2 cup cocoa powder
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease and flour a 9-inch (23 cm) cake pan.
- In a bowl, whisk together flour, cocoa powder, salt, and baking powder.
- In another bowl, beat eggs with sugar until light and fluffy.
- Add Nutella, vegetable oil, milk, and vanilla extract to the egg mixture and whisk until well combined.
- Gradually fold in the dry ingredients until well combined.
- Pour batter into the prepared cake pan and smooth the top with a spatula.
- Bake for 35-40 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
- Remove cake from the oven and let it cool for 10 minutes in the pan, then transfer it to a wire rack to cool completely.
