Nutella Cake without Yeast Recipe

Ingredients

  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1 cup Nutella
  • 3 eggs
  • 3/4 cup granulated sugar
  • 1/2 cup vegetable oil
  • 1/2 cup cocoa powder
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease and flour a 9-inch (23 cm) cake pan.
  2. In a bowl, whisk together flour, cocoa powder, salt, and baking powder.
  3. In another bowl, beat eggs with sugar until light and fluffy.
  4. Add Nutella, vegetable oil, milk, and vanilla extract to the egg mixture and whisk until well combined.
  5. Gradually fold in the dry ingredients until well combined.
  6. Pour batter into the prepared cake pan and smooth the top with a spatula.
  7. Bake for 35-40 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
  8. Remove cake from the oven and let it cool for 10 minutes in the pan, then transfer it to a wire rack to cool completely.
