Ingredients:
- 1 lb. boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cut into bite-sized pieces

- Heat vegetable oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add chicken and cook until browned and cooked through, about 8-10 minutes. Remove chicken from skillet and set aside.
- In a small bowl, whisk together orange juice, honey, soy sauce, rice vinegar, ginger powder, and minced garlic. Add this mixture to the hot skillet and bring to a simmer for 1-2 minutes.
