Ingredients:

  • 3 ripe peaches, pitted and thinly sliced
  • 1/4 cup dark rum
  • 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1/3 cup granulated sugar

  • 3 eggs
  • 3/4 cup heavy cream
