Peach-Currant Jam Recipe

Ingredients:
- 4 cups fresh peaches, peeled and chopped
- 2 cups fresh currants, stemmed and washed
- 2 cups granulated sugar
- 1/4 cup lemon juice
Instructions:
- Combine the chopped peaches and currants in a large, heavy pot.
- Add the sugar and stir to combine.
