Peach Sorbet Recipe
Ingredients:
- 4 peaches, peeled and sliced
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 1/4 cup water
- 1/4 cup fresh lemon juice
Instructions:
- In a medium saucepan, combine the sugar and water over medium heat. Stir until the sugar has dissolved.
- Add the sliced peaches to the saucepan and cook for about 10 minutes, until the peaches are soft.
- Remove from heat and allow to cool.
- Add the peach mixture and lemon juice to a blender or food processor and blend until smooth.
