Peach Sorbet Recipe

Ingredients:

  • 4 peaches, peeled and sliced
  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • 1/4 cup water
  • 1/4 cup fresh lemon juice

Instructions:

  1. In a medium saucepan, combine the sugar and water over medium heat. Stir until the sugar has dissolved.
  2. Add the sliced peaches to the saucepan and cook for about 10 minutes, until the peaches are soft.
  3. Remove from heat and allow to cool.
  4. Add the peach mixture and lemon juice to a blender or food processor and blend until smooth.
