Recipe for Peach Water and Melon

Ingredients:

  • 2 ripe peaches
  • 1/2 a ripe watermelon
  • 1/2 a cup of sugar
  • 4 cups of water
  • 3-4 mint leaves (optional)

Instructions:

  1. Cut the peaches in half and remove the pit.
  2. Cut the watermelon into small cubes, removing the seeds if necessary.
  3. In a large pitcher, combine the peaches, watermelon and sugar.
  4. Mix well and let the fruits and sugar sit for at least 10 minutes to allow the sugar to dissolve.
  5. Add in 4 cups of water.
  6. Add mint leaves for an extra flavor boost (optional).
  7. Chill for at least 2 hours before serving.
