Pepper Cream Recipe
Ingredients
- 2 red bell peppers
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 tablespoon butter
- 1 onion, chopped
- 1 garlic clove, minced
- 1/2 teaspoon paprika
- 1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper
- 1 cup heavy cream
- Salt to taste
Directions
- Preheat oven to 400°F.
- Place the bell peppers on a baking sheet and roast for 20-25 minutes or until the skins start to blacken. Remove from oven and let cool.
- While the peppers are cooling, melt the olive oil and butter in a saucepan over medium heat.

- Add the heavy cream and stir. Cook for 5 minutes.

- Add salt to taste.
