Ingredients
- 1 cup of chopped onions
- 1/2 cup of chopped green pepper
- 1/2 cup of chopped red pepper

- Add red wine and beef broth and stir occasionally. Rinse the skillet and place it on medium heat. Cook for 4-5 minutes or until the sauce thickens. Serve hot.
