Piperade Recipe

Ingredients:

  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 onion, thinly sliced
  • 1 red bell pepper, thinly sliced
  • 1 green bell pepper, thinly sliced
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 4 medium tomatoes, chopped
