Plum Tartlets Recipe

Ingredients:

  • 1 sheet puff pastry, thawed
  • 4-5 ripe plums, pitted and sliced
  • 1/4 cup sugar
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 1 egg, beaten

Instructions:

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F.
