Pork Stew Recipe
Ingredients:
- 1 pound pork shoulder, cut into bite-sized pieces
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 onion, chopped
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- 2 carrots, chopped
- 2 potatoes, peeled and diced
