Pork Stew Recipe

Ingredients:

  • 1 pound pork shoulder, cut into bite-sized pieces
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 2 garlic cloves, minced
  • 2 carrots, chopped
  • 2 potatoes, peeled and diced
  • 1 can diced tomatoes
  • 2 cups beef broth
  • 1 teaspoon dried thyme
  • 1 teaspoon dried rosemary
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions:
