Potato Salad for Christmas
Ingredients:
- 5-6 medium sized potatoes, boiled, peeled and cubed
- 2 hard boiled eggs, chopped
- 1 small onion, finely chopped
- 2-3 pickles, chopped
- 1/4 cup mayonnaise
- 1/4 cup sour cream
- 2 tbsp mustard
- 2 tbsp white vinegar
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions:

- In a separate bowl, mix together the mayonnaise, sour cream, mustard, vinegar, salt and pepper to make the dressing.
