Potatoes en Papillote Recipe

Ingredients:

  • 4 large potatoes, peeled and sliced thinly
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 4 sprigs fresh thyme
  • 4 tablespoons unsalted butter

  • 4 sheets parchment paper, cut into 12-inch circles

Directions:
