Ingredients

  • 1 pound tagliatelle pasta
  • 1 pound prawns, peeled and deveined
  • 2 cloves of garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1/2 cup white wine
  • 1/2 cup heavy cream
  • 1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Add the tagliatelle pasta and cook according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
