Prawns with Curry and Coconut Milk Recipe

Ingredients:

  • 400g peeled and deveined prawns/shrimp
  • 1 can of coconut milk
  • 1 tablespoon of olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon of yellow curry powder
  • 1 teaspoon of ginger paste
  • 1 teaspoon of garlic paste
  • 1 teaspoon of cumin powder
  • 1 teaspoon of coriander powder
  • Salt to taste
  • Fresh Coriander/Cilantro Leaves for garnishing
