Prune mousse


PRUNE MOUSSE

Ingredients:

  • 250g dried prunes
  • 500ml water
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 tsp cinnamon powder
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 2 tbsp sugar
  • 1 envelope unflavored gelatin

Instructions:

  1. Soak the prunes in warm water for 30 minutes.
  2. In a saucepan, bring the soaked prunes and 500ml water to a boil and let simmer for 10 minutes.

  9. Pour the mixture into serving dishes and chill in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours or until set.
