Ingredients:

  • 1 puff pastry sheet
  • 1 egg, beaten
  • 200g white pudding
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 brown onion, chopped
  • 3 garlic cloves, minced
  • 400g ripe figs, chopped
  • 100g brown sugar
  • 1 tablespoon mustard seeds

Instructions:

  1. Preheat your oven to 200°C/180°C fan/gas mark 6.
  2. Dust your work surface with flour and roll out the puff pastry sheet to a thickness of 5mm.
