Pulp Salad Recipe
Ingredients:
- 2 cups mixed pulp (from juicing)
- 1 large carrot, peeled and grated
- 1 bell pepper, chopped
- 1/2 red onion, thinly sliced
- 1/2 cup crumbled feta cheese
