Pumpkin Boursin Lasagna Recipe

Ingredients:

  • 12 lasagna noodles
  • 2 cups pumpkin puree
  • 1/2 cup Boursin cheese, crumbled
  • 1/2 cup ricotta cheese
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp dried basil
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • 2 cups mozzarella cheese, shredded

Instructions:

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Cook lasagna noodles according to package instructions and set aside.
  3. In a large mixing bowl, combine pumpkin puree, Boursin cheese, ricotta cheese, Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, dried basil, salt, and black pepper. Mix well.
