Ingredients:

  • 1 package puff pastry, thawed
  • 6 large eggs
  • 1 1/2 cups milk
  • 4 slices bacon, diced
  • 1 cup shredded Gruyere cheese
  • 1/2 onion, diced
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt

Instructions:

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Roll out the puff pastry and gently fit it into a 9-inch pie dish. Trim the edges and set aside.
