Quiche with Brussels sprouts Recipe

Ingredients:

  • Pastry dough, rolled out and fitted into a 9-inch pie dish
  • 1 pound Brussels sprouts, trimmed and halved
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 medium onion, chopped
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 4 large eggs
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/2 cup shredded Gruyere cheese

Instructions:

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F.
  2. In a large skillet over medium-high heat, add the Brussels sprouts and sauté until lightly browned, about 8 minutes. Remove from the skillet and set aside.
