Ingredients

  • 1 unbaked 9 inch pie crust
  • 3-4 cups green beans, trimmed and blanched
  • 1 small onion, chopped
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 cup crumbled feta cheese
  • 4 eggs
  • 1 cup milk
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Place the unbaked pie crust in a 9 inch pie dish and set aside.
