Ingredients:

  • 1 unbaked pie crust
  • 4 large eggs
  • 1/2 cup of heavy cream
  • 1/2 cup of milk
  • 1/4 teaspoon of salt

  • 1 tablespoon of olive oil
  • 1 small onion, chopped
  • 1 red bell pepper, chopped

Instructions:
