Quiche Recipe
Ingredients
- 1 pre-made pie crust
- 6 eggs
- 1 cup of milk
- 1 cup of diced ham or bacon
- 1 cup shredded cheese (cheddar or Swiss recommended)
- 1/2 cup diced onion
- 1/2 cup diced bell pepper
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375℉ (190℃).
- Unroll the pie crust and place in a standard pie dish. Trim off the excess crust around the edges. Use a fork to pierce several holes in the bottom of the crust.
- In a large mixing bowl, beat 6 eggs. Add in 1 cup of milk and mix well.
- Mix in the diced ham or bacon, shredded cheese, diced onion, diced bell pepper, salt, and black pepper.
- Pour the egg mixture into the pie crust.
- Bake for 40-45 minutes until the quiche is golden brown and the filling is set in the center.
- Remove from the oven and let cool for 5-10 minutes before slicing and serving.
