Raclette Style Toast Recipe
Ingredients:
- 4 slices of bread, preferably sourdough
- 150g raclette cheese, thinly sliced
- 4 slices of cooked ham, thinly sliced
- 2 cloves of garlic, minced
- 2 tbsp unsalted butter, softened
- Salt and black pepper, to taste
Instructions:

- Remove from the oven and sprinkle with salt and black pepper, to taste. Cut into slices and serve hot.
