Radish, Shrimp and Thyme Salad Recipe

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup of fresh thyme leaves, chopped
  • 1/2 pound of cooked shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 1/2 pound of radishes, thinly sliced
  • 1/4 cup of olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons of fresh lemon juice
  • 2 tablespoons of honey
  • 1/4 teaspoon of salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon of black pepper

Instructions:
