Red Cabbage, Mango, Endive and Pomegranate Salad with Honey Vinaigrette

Ingredients:

  • 1 small head of red cabbage, shredded
  • 1 large mango, diced
  • 2 endives, sliced
  • 1/2 cup pomegranate seeds

  • 2 tablespoons honey
