Red Meat Radish Salad with Sesame Recipe

Ingredients:

  • 1 lb red meat (sirloin, flank steak, etc.)
  • 1 bunch radishes, sliced thinly
  • 1/4 cup sesame seeds
  • 2 tbsp soy sauce
  • 2 tbsp rice vinegar
  • 2 tbsp honey
  • 1 tbsp sesame oil
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • 1/4 tsp red pepper flakes (optional)
  • 1/4 cup chopped green onions
  • Salt and pepper, to taste

Instructions:

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Season the red meat with salt and pepper to taste and place it on a baking sheet.
  3. Toast the sesame seeds in the oven for 5-7 minutes until lightly golden brown and set aside.
  4. Bake the red meat in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes until cooked to your desired level of doneness.
  5. In a small bowl, whisk together the soy sauce, rice vinegar, honey, sesame oil, minced garlic, and red pepper flakes (if using) until well combined. Set aside.
