Ingredients

  • 6 large tomatoes
  • 1 cup cooked white rice
  • 1/2 cup chopped onion
  • 1/2 cup chopped green bell pepper
  • 1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley
  • 1/4 cup vegetable oil
  • 1/4 cup lemon juice
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper

Instructions
