Ingredients:

  • 1 guinea fowl
  • 6 strips of smoked bacon
  • 2 apples, peeled and sliced
  • 1 onion, sliced
  • 2 cloves of garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon of olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon of dried thyme
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions:

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F/ 190°C.
  2. Place the guinea fowl into a roasting pan, breast-side up.
  3. Season the guinea fowl with thyme, salt, and pepper.
