Roast Pork in the Oven Recipe

Ingredients:

  • 4-5 pound pork loin roast
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tablespoons fresh rosemary, chopped
  • 2 tablespoons fresh thyme, chopped
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • Salt and pepper

Instructions:
