Roasted Tomatoes Recipe

Ingredients:

  • 6-8 medium-sized tomatoes
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 3-4 garlic cloves, minced
  • 1/4 cup fresh basil, chopped

Instructions:

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Cut the tomatoes in half and place them into a baking dish.
