Roquefort-Pear Puff Pastry Recipe

Ingredients:

  • 1 sheet puff pastry, thawed
  • 1 ripe pear, thinly sliced
  • 1/2 cup crumbled Roquefort cheese
  • 1 egg, beaten
  • 2 tablespoons honey

Instructions:

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Roll out the puff pastry on a lightly floured surface to a rectangle of about 12 x 8 inches.
