Ingredients
- 6 egg yolks
- 1/2 cup Marsala wine
- 1/4 cup sugar

- Add the vanilla extract and whisk just to combine.
- Remove the sabayon from the heat and continue whisking for an additional minute to cool it down.
- Divide the sabayon into four serving dishes and enjoy!
