Salmon Avocado Maki Recipe
Ingredients
- 4 sheets of nori seaweed
- 2 cups of sushi rice
- 2 tablespoons of rice vinegar
- 2 tablespoons of sugar
- 1 teaspoon of salt
- 1 avocado
- 1/2 pound of fresh salmon sashimi
- Soy sauce and wasabi for serving
Instructions
- Cook the sushi rice in a rice cooker or on the stove according to the package instructions.
