Salmon Cooked with Aluminium Paper Parcels Recipe

Ingredients
- 4 salmon fillets
- 2 tablespoons of olive oil
- 1 teaspoon of salt
- 1 teaspoon of black pepper
- 4 tablespoons of honey
- 4 tablespoons of soy sauce
- 4 cloves of garlic (minced)
- 4 tablespoons of chopped fresh parsley
- 4 large pieces of aluminium paper
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 180°C (350°F).
- Prepare your ingredients by cleaning and drying the salmon fillets. Place one fillet in the centre of each piece of aluminium paper.
- In a small bowl, mix together the olive oil, salt, black pepper, honey, soy sauce and minced garlic. Drizzle this mixture over the top of each salmon fillet.
- Next, sprinkle the chopped fresh parsley over the top of each fillet. Then, fold the edges of the aluminium paper up and over the salmon fillet to create a parcel, making sure it is tightly sealed.
- Place the parcels on a baking sheet and bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes.
- Carefully open the aluminium paper parcels, being careful not to burn yourself, and serve the salmon immediately. Enjoy!
