Ingredients:

  • 1 pound salmon fillet, cut into small pieces

  • 1/4 cup all-purpose flour

  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 pre-made pie crust

Instructions:

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a large saucepan or Dutch oven, heat olive oil and butter over medium-high heat. Add onions, carrots, celery, and garlic and sauté until the vegetables are soft.
