Verdict:
The combination of sauerkraut and salmon may sound odd, but it actually works really well together. The sauerkraut gives the dish a tangy and slightly sour flavor, which complements the rich and flavorful salmon perfectly. The crispy skin on the salmon adds a nice texture contrast to the soft and tender sauerkraut. Overall, this is a simple and delicious dish that is easy to prepare and sure to impress.
