Sautéed Porcini Mushrooms
Ingredients:
- 1/2 pound fresh porcini mushrooms
- 3 tablespoons unsalted butter
- 2 tablespoons extra-virgin olive oil
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- 2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley
- Salt and freshly ground black pepper, to taste
Directions:
